Birmingham to the Gulf
Birmingham to the Gulf was created for the Alabama Rivers Alliance's Southern Exposure. Southern Exposure is a six week fellowship located in Birmingham, AL to promote environmental issues affecting the state of Alabama. Birmingham to the Gulf is about the Cahaba River and its rich biodiversity that is threatened due to two large navigation lock and dams downstream on the Alabama River, which flow into the Mobile River Basin.
